    Meg Epstein is a property development company, socialite, and entrepreneur from Nashville, Tennessee (Davidson County). Meg is the founder and CEO of Nashville-based CA South Development.     Epstein was raised in Sacramento, California.     Epstein transitioned from a successful banking career to the building industry. Prior to establishing CA South Development, she worked as a project manager and owner's representative for a variety of high-net-worth clients. As a manager and spokesperson, she excelled in managing several high-end house construction ideas.

     

    She previously worked as a specialist building process consultant. She worked as a consultant for private clients, establishing qualified teams and overseeing the construction process. She and her collaborators would later elaborate on the speculative ideas, culminating in the formation of CA South Development.

     

    Academic Background:

     

    Meg Epstein, a real estate developer, philanthropist, and entrepreneur, graduated from high school in Sacramento, California. After high school, she continued her education at the University of California, Los Angeles.

     

    Epstein was an active member of the Undergraduate Business Society at the University of California, Los Angeles during her collegiate career. Following her education at the University of California, the real estate magnate completed the architecture program at New York University.

     

    Meg has taken several Scientology courses, including Scientology Volunteer Ministers, Scientology Marriage Counseling, Auditor training, money, how-to-study, and Dianetics.

     

    Accomplishments:

     

    As CEO of CA South Development, Epstein oversaw projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars. This comprises many condominium and multifamily buildings in Downtown Nashville alone. In addition, she and her team have completed the construction of more than 850,000 square feet of industrial space in Huntsville, Alabama, as well as Nashville.

     

    Epstein joined the prestigious Forbes Real Estate Council in 2018 and is a member to this day. In addition to the Forbes Real Estate Council, the charitable businessman is eager to work with a number of other notable organizations. Two examples are the Nashville Civic Design Center and the Young Presidents' Organization.

    Epstein is involved in a variety of humanitarian endeavors. She has long been a supporter of several charities, nonprofit organizations, and other important causes, many of which are community-focused. As one of many commendable projects, the patriotic Nashville resident supports the Citizens Commission on Human Rights. She also volunteers at Celebrity Center Nashville and the Nashville Church of Scientology.

     

    Meg supports the Scientologists Taking Action Against Discrimination group (STAND). The purpose of Scientologists Taking Action Against Discrimination is to eliminate prejudice and bigotry directed towards Scientologists and the Scientology faith while simultaneously defending the freedom to practice one's religion under the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. This group's major goal is to protect Americans' right to practice whatever religion or believe they wish.

     

    She feels the same way about the Nashville Civic Design Center, where she serves on the board. Epstein also donates to a variety of local organizations and charities, including Walk Bike Nashville and Habitat for Humanity.

     

    Individual Passions:

     

    Meg Epstein has a wide range of interests and hobbies outside of her employment and charity work. Boating, international travel, and sailing are just a few of these activities.

     

    She is a single-engine aviation enthusiast with a private pilot's license. The businessman and philanthropist is also qualified in bareboat charter sailing and has a passion for sailing.

     

    The California native now lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband, Stephen Epstein, who is also a California native.
